With over 20 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to providing top-notch dog grooming services.

My journey began as a shy 16 year old apprentice in a Norwich salon and dog grooming training centre, where I quickly fell in love with the craft. From humble beginnings as a tea girl, I worked my way up to become a full-time stylist, sharing my passion with aspiring groomers whilst helping teach students to start their own grooming careers. In 2014, I embarked on a new adventure as a mobile groomer, transforming my Ford Transit into a cozy salon on wheels, with the help of my talented husband.

As my family grew, I realized the need for a more permanent solution.

Now, I’m thrilled to be running my own salon in the beautiful village of Norton Subcourse. I’m committed to providing a efficient and reliable dog grooming service.

My qualifications include: City & Guilds NVQ Levels 1 & 2 in Dog Grooming Dog grooming training with a college certificate of completion Completion of a full apprenticeship Complete Canine Health & First-Aid Course, Ultrasonic Teeth Cleaning training Certification.

When I’m not pampering beautiful dogs, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and our beloved dachshund cross Yorkshire Terrier, Rowley Poly.

I’m also a passionate music fan, particularly of The Killers, and have had the privilege of seeing them perform around the world.

I’m committed about continuing my education and staying up-to-date with the latest grooming techniques. I believe that learning is a lifelong journey, and I’m always striving to improve my skills.

It’s truly rewarding to have turned my passion into a fulfilling career. I’m grateful for the opportunity to do what I love, and even after all these years, I still find joy in every groom.

Meet Rowley, Our Head of Security. Rowley has been with us since the very beginning of Claire's Dog Grooming. Though he may not be as active as he once was, he still holds the title of Head of Security and continues to charm our clients.

Sophie is an independent self employed dog groomer working from the salon.
